By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this Promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the Promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EUGDPR and UKGDPR, as applicable) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates
- This Promotion is open to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years and over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, European Refreshments UC (trading as Coca-Cola Ireland), and their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
- No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted.
- No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries, over two (2) per day, from the same person will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
- Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.
- Mobile phone, internet and email account required.
- Purchase necessary to enter the promotion.
- A maximum of two (2) entries permitted per person per day. Anyone entering or found to have entered more than twice a day using multiple handsets, multiple identities or computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the Promotion.
- A maximum of one (1) win per person per Prize type.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programs, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize/s awarded will be void.
- The Promoter reserves the right to block any number that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional Period
- The promotional period to enter a regular Weekly Prize Draw runs from 00:00 on 07.04.25 and closes at 23.59 on 18.05.25. Each Weekly Draw (6 in total) will cover all entries from 00:00 each Monday to 23:59 each following Sunday.
- The regular Weekly Prize Draws will take place the next working day after closing with all valid entries from the preceding week being included in the relevant Weekly Draw.

Entries will not be carried forward to subsequent draws.
- One (1) winner will also be drawn at random from all valid entries throughout the promotion on 19.05.25 in the Grand Prize Draw.
- Any entries received after 23:59 on 18.05.25 will be invalid and will not be processed.
How to enter
- To enter for the Prize Draws, participants must visit the microsite (by scanning the QR code or visiting the website (deepriverrockpromo.com) during the promotional period and enter the following details into the form:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Mobile number
- Age
- County
- Last 4 digits of barcode
Entrants will see a thank you message on screen confirming entry into the Prize Draw and automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
- Entrants are advised to take care when typing and entering the last 4 digits of barcode and their entry details. The Promoter is not responsible for typographical errors. Only correct entries that have followed the instructions and guidelines will be accepted. Attempted additional entries or invalid entries will not be included in the Prize Draws. Persistent abuse will result in immediate disqualification without notification.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion.
Selecting the winner(s)
- There will be six (6) Weekly Draws, in addition to the one (1) Grand Prize Draw (19.05.25) as detailed.
- Two (2) prize winners per week in weeks one to six (1 – 6), will be drawn at random weekly from all valid entries received on each of the relevant six (6) weeks during the Promotional Period. Winners and a number of reserves for each draw will be drawn on the dates specified from all genuine, valid entries. Winners will be drawn for £/€250 fitness and wellness vouchers as specified, via an independently verified random computerised program. A reserve winner will be contacted if a previous winner is selected for the same prize in any Weekly Draw. Reserves will be drawn at the same time as the initial winners, just in case they are required.
- If your entry is drawn at random for the Prize, you will win, subject to verification against these Terms and Conditions.
- Winners only will be notified via a phone call within twenty-four (24) working hours of the draw taking place, giving instructions for the next steps of the claim process. Winners will have fourteen (14) days to claim their Prize from first contact. Winners will be required to provide information including: their name, mobile number, proof of age, email address and home address to assist with verification, fulfilment of the Prize and arranging prize delivery. This will be collected and processed in a secure manner by trusted third party.
- The phone call confirming the Grand Prize win will be made within twenty-four (24) working hours of the draw taking place.
Weekly Prize Draw Prizes
- There are a maximum of twelve (12) Prizes available to be won via Weekly Prize Draws during the Promotion.
- The Prizes available to be won each week (for a total of 6 weeks) include:

Grand Prize Draw Prize
- The Grand Prize Draw Prize includes:

The Prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner and cannot be given or transferred to any other person.
Notification of the Prizes
- Winners will receive a phone call notifying them of their win within 24 hours of each Weekly Prize Draw and the Grand Prize Draw. Over the phone, the following details will need to be collected in order to fulfil the prize.
- A trusted third party of the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners, however, if a winner has not responded within fourteen (14) days of initial contact attempt or if a selected winner is ineligible, rejects their Prize, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize, and re-allocate the Prize to the reserve next in line, as detailed from the original relevant draw. These reserve(s) will be contacted by the same process. If a winner has not responded to any communication and the Prize has not been awarded after three (3) attempts with each potential winner (main winner & two (2) reserves per draw), the Prize has therefore not been successfully claimed and will be null and void.
- On successful verification, the Prize Provider will arrange for fulfilment of the Weekly Prizes won within twenty-eight (28) working days. The Grand Prize will be fulfilled in line with clause 29. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect delivery details submitted by the winner.
- In the event that a Prize is not received within 28 working days, please contact the fulfillment agency detailed in the winners’ email received upon successful verification.
- In the event that there are any queries raised regarding Prize fulfilment, the Promoter’s agent may need to contact the participant via the email address or telephone number provided upon submitting a claim.
General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.
- The Promoter reserves the right to add more Prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion including the publication of their full names and counties, without further remuneration.
- The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human, mobile or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law.
- Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate barcode entries, or for any faulty, incorrect, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions,
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption,
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof,
- Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion,
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland or Ireland, as applicable, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland or Ireland, as applicable, regarding any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.
