By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the Promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EUGDPR and UKGDPR, as applicable) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates

1. This Promotion is open to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years and over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, European Refreshments UC (trading as Coca-Cola Ireland), and their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted.
3. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries over two (2) per day from the same person will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
4. Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.
5. Mobile phone, internet access and email account required.
6. No purchase necessary to enter the promotion.
7. A maximum of two (2) entries permitted per person per day. Anyone entering or found to have entered more than twice a day using multiple handsets, multiple identities or computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the Promotion.
8. A maximum of one (1) win per person per Prize type.
9. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programs, applications, scripts, alias accounts, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize/s awarded will be void.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to block any number that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period

11. The Promotional Period opens at 00:00 on 25.08.2025 and closes at 23:59 on 05.10.2025.

How to enter

12. To enter the instant win promotion, participants must visit the microsite during the promotional period and enter the following details into the form:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Mobile Number
    • Age Range
    • County
13. Entrants will receive an instant on-screen message confirming their win or loss in the Instant Win promotion and confirm what type of prize they have won.
14. Entrants are advised to take care when typing and entering the necessary details. The Promoter is not responsible for typographical errors. Only correct entries that have followed the instructions and guidelines will be accepted. Attempted additional entries or invalid entries will not be included in the promotion. Persistent abuse will result in immediate disqualification without notification.
15. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
16. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion.

Selecting the winner(s)

17. There are 24 Instant Win prizes available in total. Instant Win prizes will be awarded via predetermined Winning Moments (hours, minutes, seconds) which have been securely selected by a computer-generated algorithm and will be randomly seeded throughout the promotional period. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a winning moment will be awarded the prize assigned to that winning moment. If no one makes a valid entry on or after a winning moment and another winning moment passes before the next valid entry, the available prize for the first winning moment will be won. For example, if a winning moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00:01 the next day will capture that winning moment and win a prize. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more Winning Moments, the first unawarded prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant.
18. Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won an Instant Win prize. Winners will also receive an email or phone call within 14 days confirming their win, along with details on how to claim their prize. Once a winner’s claim has been verified, Instant Win prizes will be dispatched to the email address provided on the claim form. Winners that do not complete the claim process within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize.
19. Winning Moments will roll over until the end of the promotion.
20. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.
21. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win. If an entrant does not provide further information/evidence within 7 days of a request from the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid.

25. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative Prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with Prizes of equal or greater value. Notification of the Prize

26. Once winners have submitted their personal details online, a verification process will then take place. All verified entries will be submitted to the Prize Provider to fulfil the Prize.
27. On successful verification, the Prize Provider will arrange for fulfilment of the Prize won within twenty-eight (28) working days. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect delivery details submitted by the winner.
28. In the event that a Prize is not received within 28 working days, please contact the fulfillment agency detailed in the winners’ email received upon successful verification.
29. In the event that there are any queries raised regarding Prize fulfilment, the Promoter’s agent may need to contact the participant via the email address or telephone number provided upon submitting a claim.

General

30. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
31. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating.
32. The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.
33. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
34. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. 35. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion including the publication of their full names and counties, without further remuneration.
36. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
37. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
38. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human, mobile or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
39. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
40. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law.

    4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof,
    5. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion,
41. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
42. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland or Ireland, as applicable, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland or Ireland, as applicable, regarding any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
