A1. The promotion runs from 00:00 on 1st February 2026 until 23:59 on 31st March 2026. Each valid entry gives you a chance to win instantly, a £50/€50 spa gift card. In addition, all valid entries will be entered into a grand Prize draw for the chance to win a short break complete with hot tub for the winner and up to five guests. A2. This promotion is open to residents of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland only. You must be aged 18 or over to enter.

How do I enter?

A5. No, you will not be charged to enter the promotion.
Q6. How many times can I enter?
A6. You can enter the promotion once per person per day.
Q7. I don’t live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland; can I still enter?
A7. Sorry, if you don’t live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, you cannot enter the promotion. The promotion is running exclusively in these regions, so only those who reside in NI or ROI can enter.

Q9. What is the Grand Prize?
A9. The Grand Prize package for up to 6 people includes:
- Total travel allowance of £200/€200
- 2 nights’ self-catering accommodation, based on sharing a minimum three bed property with a hot tub, options available across NI and ROI
- Private chef on one night of the stay, with a three-course meal for up to six people

Q10. What is a £50/€50 spa gift cards?
A10. It is £50/€50 digital spa gift card for a choice of spa’s, available across Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Q11. How are winners selected?
A11. Winners are selected via a 'Winning Moments' system. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after a winning moment will win a £50/€50 spa gift card. If no one enters at the winning moment, the Prize rolls over to the next entry. All valid entries are automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw, which takes place after the promotion ends.
Q12. How will I know if I have won?
A12. If you have won one of the instant win Prizes, you will be notified immediately on screen. You will also be notified that you will receive an email containing your e-gift card along with instructions on how to redeem within 28 working days. If you are the Grand Prize winner, you will be notified by telephone with instructions on how to claim your Prize.
Q13. What do I need to do if I win?
A13. Simply follow the instructions in your winner notification email to redeem your Prize. If you win the Grand Prize, you will be asked to provide proof of address in ROI or NI within 7 days of receiving your winner notification. If you do not respond within this time, your Prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner will be contacted.
Q14. How long do I have to complete the verification process?
A14. You have 7 days from the date you receive your Grand Prize winner notification to complete verification.
Q15. How and when will I receive my Prize?
A15. Upon successful verification, our Prize Provider will arrange for digital delivery of your gift card by email or provide travel booking details (Grand Prize) within 28 days.
Q16. Can I request an alternative Prize?
A16. No, all Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or alternative Prizes are available. The Grand Prize must be taken as offered, and the gift card can only be used at participating venues.
Q17. I haven’t received my Prize, where is it?
A17. If after 28 days you still haven’t received your Prize, and you have checked your email junk/spam folder, please contact the fulfilment contact provided in your winner notification email.
Q18. What happens with the details I provide?
A18. We will only use personal information supplied for the administration of this promotion unless you consent to other uses. You can request to have your personal data removed or modified by contacting us at: DataProtectionOffice@cchellenic.com.
Q19. How do I know if I have lost?
A19. You will be notified immediately on screen whether you have won or lost a gift card. If you have not received a winner notification for the Grand Prize during this promotion, unfortunately you have not won. Please keep an eye out for future Deep RiverRock promotions.
Q20. I entered the promotion too early/too late, will I still be in with a chance of winning?
A20. Unfortunately, any entry received before 00:00 on 1st February 2026 or after 23:59 on 31st March 2026 will not be accepted.
Q21. Can I win more than one Prize?
A21. No, you can only win one gift card, however, all entrants are automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
