Q1. How long is the promotion running for?
A1. The promotion runs from 00:00 on 14th July 2025 until 23:59 on 24th August 2025. Each valid entry gives you the chance to win instantly, with 20 days out and 201 vouchers available to be won. If you win one of our days out, you will have the opportunity to choose one of the following options; a £/€100 Days Out eGift voucher, a VIP Cinema experience, or entry tickets to Ireland’s top theme park. Voucher prize winners will be able to choose one of either a £25/€25 Restaurant eGift Voucher or a £25/€25 Fashion Retailer eGift Voucher. For more details about the prizes, see Q8 – Q13.
Q2. Who can enter and what age do they need to be?
A2. This promotion is open to residents in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland only. You must be aged 18 and over to enter.

Q4. How do I enter?
A4. To enter, scan the QR code on the Deep RiverRock Point of Sale material or visit deepriverrockpromo.com and follow the instructions to submit your entry.
Q5. Do I have to pay to enter?
A5. No, you will not be charged to enter the promotion.
Q6. How many times can I enter?
A6. You can enter the promotion up to 2 times per day. However, you can only win each prize type once.
Q7. I don’t live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland; can I still enter?
A7. Sorry, if you don’t live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, you cannot enter the promotion. The promotion is running exclusively in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, so only those who reside in these areas can enter.

A8. Throughout the promotion you will have the chance to win either a fun day out or a voucher to boost your day (221 prizes available in total).
If you win one of 20 days out, you will have the choice between:

A11. This prize package includes day passes to Ireland’s top theme park, for you and a friend, offering access to 45 rides and a diverse zoo.
Q12. What is a £25/€25 Restaurant eGift Voucher?
A12. This digital voucher can be used to enjoy a meal worth £25/€25 at a wide range of participating restaurants across Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Q13. What is a £25/€25 Fashion Retailer eGift Voucher?
A13. This digital voucher is worth £25/€25 and can be used at selected fashion retailers, letting you shop for clothing, accessories, or footwear either online or in-store.
Q14. Is there anything I need in order to win the Instant Win prizes?
A14. In order to accept the prize, you must have a valid mobile number to receive winner notification, email address for prize fulfilment, and home address in either Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland for verification.
Q15. How are winners selected?
A15. Winners are selected using a 'Winning Moments' system. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a Winning Moment will be awarded the prize assigned to that Winning Moment. If no one enters at that moment, the prize rolls over to the next entry. The Winning Moments are randomly timed throughout the week (Monday to Sunday).
Q16. How will I know if I have won?
A16. If you have won in one of the instant win prizes, you will be directed to a winning page online providing further details. You will then be contacted via SMS on the mobile number provided upon entry with instructions on how to claim your prize.
Q17. What happens if I win; will any personal details need to be provided?
A17. Yes, winners will need to provide their full name, date of birth, mobile number, valid email address, and home address for verification. These details must match those that were provided on entry.
Q18. How long do I have to complete this verification process?
A18. You will have 14 days from the date you receive the winner notification via SMS to complete the verification process. If verification is not completed within this period, your prize will be forfeited.
Q19. How and when will I receive my prize?
A19. Upon successful verification, our Prize Provider will arrange for virtual delivery of your prize within 28 days.
Q20. Can I request an alternative prize?
A20. You’ll be able to choose from the three listed days out prizes or the two listed voucher prizes, depending on your win type. However, no alternative prizes are available, and your chosen prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Q21. I haven’t received my prize, where is it?
A21. If after 28 days you still haven’t received your prize and you have checked your junk email, please contact the fulfilment contact as detailed within your winner’s notification SMS.

Q23. How do I know if I have lost?
A23. If you haven’t received a winner notification during this promotion, that unfortunately means you haven’t won this time but keep an eye out for upcoming Deep RiverRock promotions.
Q24. I entered the promotion too early/too late, will I still be in with a chance of winning?
A24. Unfortunately, any entry received before or after the Promotional Period will not be entered into the prize draw.
Q25. Can I win more than one prize?
A25. You can only win once per prize type. So, if you win a voucher prize, you will still be eligible to win a day out. Why not try your luck and enter again (but remember you can only enter twice a day).
