A2. This promotion is open to residents of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland only. You must be aged 18 or over to enter.

Q11. How are winners selected?
A11. Instant Win Prize winners are selected via an 'Open Winning Moments' system. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after a winning moment will win one of the available Instant Win Prizes. If no one enters at a winning moment, the Prize rolls over to the next valid entry. The Winning Moments have been pre-allocated using a computer-generated algorithm and are randomly seeded throughout the promotional period.
Q12. How will I know if I have won?
A12. If you have won one of the Instant Win Prizes, you will be notified immediately on screen. For physical prizes such as the Cabin-Sized Suitcase, Polarised Sunglasses, SONY Wireless Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones, Travel Neck Pillow and Fabric Bucket Hat, you will receive an SMS within 14 days confirming your win along with a link to claim your Prize. For flight and hotel e-voucher Prizes, we will email your Prize to the email address you provided within 14 days.
The Mop Up Prize Draw winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw date via phone call to the number submitted upon entry and will be provided with details on how to claim their prize.
Q13. What do I need to do if I win?
A13. Follow the link in your SMS to complete a claim form with your full name, mobile number, email address and postal address. Your personal details must match exactly the details used when you entered the promotion. Once your claim has been verified, your prize will be dispatched within 28 days.
Q14. How long do I have to claim my Prize?
A14. You have 14 days from the date you receive your winner confirmation SMS to complete and submit your claim form. If you do not complete the claim form within 14 days, your Prize will be forfeited.
Q15. How and when will I receive my Prize?
A15. Upon successful verification:
- Digital Prizes (Flight and Hotel e-Vouchers) will be delivered by email within 28 days.
- Physical Prizes (cabin sized suitcases, SONY Wireless Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones, polarised sunglasses, travel pillows and bucket hats) will be dispatched to your address within 28 days.
Q16. Can I request an alternative Prize?
A16. No, all Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or alternative Prizes are available. All Prize elements are subject to availability. In the event that any product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value will be provided. The e-vouchers can only be used at participating venues as specified in their terms and conditions.
Q17. I haven't received my Prize, where is it?
A17. If after the stated timescale you still haven't received your Prize, please check your email junk/spam folder (for digital prizes) and for physical prizes, please contact the fulfilment contact provided in your winner notification.
Q18. What happens with the details I provide?
A18. We will only use personal information supplied for the administration of this promotion unless you consent to other uses. Your details will be shared with our Prize Provider, Element London Ltd, for prize fulfilment purposes. Q19. How do I know if I have lost?
A19. You will be notified immediately on screen whether you have won or lost for Instant Win Prizes. If you have not received a winner notification during this promotion, unfortunately you have not won. Please keep an eye out for future Deep RiverRock promotions.
The Mop Up Draw will take place after the Mop Up Draw closes 23:59 on 20th September 2026. If you have not won, you will not receive any communication.
Q20. I entered the promotion too late, will I still be in with a chance of winning?
A20. Yes, you’ll be entered into a Mop Up Prize Draw. Any valid entries received between 00:00 on 1st September to 23:59 on 20th September 2026 may be in with a chance to win a £/€200 flight gift voucher.
