Q1. How long is the promotion running for?

A1. The promotion is live from 00:00 on 26th May 2025 until 23:59 on 6th July 2025. Each valid entry gives you the chance to win one of 15 SONY Portable Bluetooth Speakers or one of 15 SONY Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds and grants you automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw for a chance to win a trip to Rio Carnival 2025 for two people. A2. This promotion is open to residents in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland only. You must be aged 18 and over to enter.

Q6. How many times can I enter?

A6. You can enter the promotion up to 2 times per day. However, you can only win each prize type once.

Q7. I don’t live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland; can I still enter?

A7. Sorry, if you don’t live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, you can’t enter the promotion. It is only running in these areas, so only those who reside in these areas can enter.

Q12. Is there anything I need in order to win the Weekly Prize Draw prizes?

A12. In order to accept the prize, you must have a valid address in either Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland for prize fulfilment.

Q13. Is there anything I need in order to win the Grand Prize Draw prize?

A13. In order to accept the prize, you and your guest must have a valid passport that is valid for at least six months from the date of travel.

Q14. How are winners selected?

A14. Two prize winners will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third-party computer process from all valid entries received each week. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on 7th July 2025, where one winner will be drawn via an independently verified process.

Q15. How will I know if I have won?

A15. If you have won in the Weekly Prize Draws, you will be contacted via phone on the number provided upon entry with instructions on how to claim your prize. The Grand Prize Draw winner will be contacted in the same manner within 24 hours of the draw taking place.

Q16. What happens if I win; will any personal details need to be provided?

A16. Yes, winners will need to provide their full name, date of birth, mobile number, valid email address, and home address for verification.

Q17. How long do I have to complete this verification process?

A17. You will have 14 days from the date you receive the winner notification to complete the verification process. If verification is not completed within this period, your prize will be forfeited.

Q18. How and when will I receive my prize?

A18. Upon successful verification, our Prize Provider will arrange for delivery of your prize within 28 days.

Q19. Can I request an alternative prize?

A19. No, prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Q20. I haven’t received my prize, where is it?

A20. If after 28 days you still haven’t received your prize, please contact the fulfilment contact as detailed within your winner’s notification email.

By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates

This Promotion is open to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years and over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, European Refreshments UC (trading as Coca-Cola Ireland), and their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted.
No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries over two (2) per day from the same person will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this Promotion, nor will they be contacted.
Mobile phone, internet and email account required.
No purchase necessary to enter the promotion.
A maximum of two (2) entries permitted per person per day. Anyone entering or found to have entered more than twice a day using multiple handsets, multiple identities or computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the Promotion.
A maximum of one (1) win per person per Prize type.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programs, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize/s awarded will be void.
The Promoter reserves the right to block any number that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period

The promotional period to enter a regular Weekly Prize Draw runs from 00:00 on 26.05.2025 and closes at 23.59 on 06.07.2025. Each Weekly Draw (6 in total) will cover all entries from 00:00 each Monday to 23:59 each following Sunday.
The regular Weekly Prize Draws will take place the next working day after closing, the Monday, with all valid entries from the preceding week being included in the relevant Weekly Draw.

Entries will not be carried forward to subsequent draws.
One (1) winner will also be drawn at random from all valid entries throughout the promotion on 07.07.25 in the Grand Prize Draw.

How to enter

To enter for the Prize Draws, participants must visit the microsite during the promotional period and enter the following details into the form:

Entrants will see a thank you message on screen confirming entry into the Weekly Prize Draw and automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
Entrants are advised to take care when typing and entering the necessary details. The Promoter is not responsible for typographical errors. Only correct entries that have followed the instructions and guidelines will be accepted. Attempted additional entries or invalid entries will not be included in the Prize Draws. Persistent abuse will result in immediate disqualification without notification.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion.

Selecting the winner(s)

There will be six (6) Weekly Draws, in addition to the one (1) Grand Prize Draw (07.07.25) as detailed.
Five (5) prize winners per week in weeks one to six (1 – 6), will be drawn at random from all valid entries received on each of the relevant six (6) weeks during the Promotional Period. Three (3) Portable Bluetooth Speakers and two (2) Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds will be awarded per week in weeks one to three (1–3). Two (2) Portable Bluetooth Speakers and three (3) Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds will be awarded per week in weeks four to six (4–6). Winners and an appropriate number of reserves for each draw will be drawn on the dates specified from all genuine, valid entries. Winners will be drawn for the Bluetooth Speakers and Earbuds as specified, via an independently verifiable computer process. A new winner will be drawn if a previous winner is selected for the same prize in any Weekly Draw. Reserves will be drawn after the thirty (30) potential winners have been drawn, just in case they are required.
If your entry is drawn at random for the Prize, you will win, subject to verification against these Terms and Conditions.
Winners only will be notified via a phone call within twenty-four (24) working hours of the draw taking place, giving instructions for the next steps of the claim process. Winners will have fourteen (14) days to claim their Prize from first contact. Winners will be required to provide information including: their name, mobile number, proof of age, email address and home address to assist with verification, fulfilment of the Prize and arranging prize delivery. This will be collected and processed in a secure manner by trusted third party.
The phone call confirming the Grand Prize win will be made within twenty-four (24) working hours of the draw taking place.

Weekly Prize Draw Prizes

There are a maximum of thirty (30) Prizes available to be won via Weekly Prize Draws during the Promotion.
The Prizes available to be won each week (for a total of six (6) weeks) include:
1. Portable Bluetooth Speaker: three (3) per week in weeks one (1) to three (3), two (2) per week in weeks four (4) – six (6).
2. Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds: two (2) per week in weeks one (1) – three (3), three (3) per week in weeks four (4) – six (6).
Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative Prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with Prizes of equal or greater value. The Prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
