The Main Promotional Period is live between 00:00 on 23rd September 2024 and 23:59 on 17th November 2024. The promotion gives you the chance to win a €/£800 E-Bike Voucher, and an additional prize available during weeks two, four, six and either (2, 4, 6 and 8) of a Fitbit Smart Watch. There are a maximum of twelve (12) Prizes available to be won via Weekly Prize Draws during the promotion. See below for full details.

We also need to check that you're old enough to participate in a Deep River Rock promotion and that you are an Ireland resident (Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland). You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the promotion.

To take part in the Deep River Rock October/November Off-Pack promotion, scan the QR code available on pack and enter the following details into the promotional website (deepriverrockpromo.com): First Name, Last Name, Age Range, Genuine Email Address (which is personal and accessible throughout the Promotion), and County. Entrants will receive an automated email response confirming entry into the Prize Draw.

If you have won a Weekly Prize Draw Prize, you will be contacted via email, within 24 hours of the weekly prize draw taking place to start the verification and claim process.

You can only enter the Deep River Rock Win with Water promotion using the internet.

Open the camera app on your smartphone. Select the rear-facing camera, and hold your device so that the QR code from your promotional pack appears in the viewfinder of the camera app. Your device will then recognise the QR code and display a notification on screen. Tap the notification to open the link and you will be directed to the promotional website via the internet. Then simply follow the steps outlined in Answer 5.

This prize is a €/£800 e-voucher for a leading cycling retailer, with stores across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. The winner is responsible for redeeming the voucher within the given time frame to avoid disappointment. All prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. However, if you no longer wish to claim your prize, please let our customer service team know by emailing [email protected] (ROI Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm; NI Friday, 9am-4pm).

If you do not claim your prize after 14 days, then this will be forfeited.

All prizes will be delivered, via the email provided during the verification process, within 7 days of receiving successful verification.
If 28 working days has passed and you have not received your prize, please call our fulfilment agency detailed within your winners email.

Winners are selected each Monday after 9:00, with all valid entries submitted the previous Monday to Sunday entered within each draw. Entry draws will take place via an independently audited and verified Prize Draw programme.

If you have won a prize from the Weekly Prize Draw, you will receive an email (using the email address submitted upon entry, so please ensure that your email address is accurately submitted) within 24 hours of the draw taking place after 9:00 every Monday throughout the Promotional Period, confirming your win and giving you information on the prize and claim procedure.

If you have won a prize from the Weekly Prize Draw, you will receive an email confirming your win and giving you information on the prize and claim procedure within 24 hours of the draw taking place. You will be asked to provide additional information including your address via a secure link to start the verification process. You must complete verification within 14 days of receiving it, or your prize will be forfeited.

If you have not received an email confirming that you have won a prize from the Weekly Prize Draw within 2 working days of the Weekly Monday Draw taking place, you have been unsuccessful in winning a Weekly Prize Draw prize.

You are allowed 2 entries per day throughout the Promotional Period.

Yes, you are able to win one prize per prize type.
