Each valid entry gives you the chance to win one of 15 SONY Portable Bluetooth Speakers or one of 15 SONY Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds and grants you automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw for a chance to win a trip to Rio Carnival 2025 for two people. A4. To enter, scan the QR code on the Deep RiverRock POS or visit deepriverrockpromo.com and follow the instructions to submit your entry.
Q5. Do I have to pay to enter?
A5. No, you will not be charged to enter the promotion.
Q6. How many times can I enter?
A6. You can enter the promotion up to 2 times per day. However, you can only win each prize type once.

A7. Sorry, if you don’t live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, you can’t enter the promotion. It is only running in these areas, so only those who reside in these areas can enter.

Q12. Is there anything I need in order to win the Weekly Prize Draw prizes?
A12. In order to accept the prize, you must have a valid address in either Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland for prize fulfilment.
Q13. Is there anything I need in order to win the Grand Prize Draw prize?
A13. In order to accept the prize, you and your guest must have a valid passport that is valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
Q14. How are winners selected?
A14. Two prize winners will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third-party computer process from all valid entries received each week. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on 7th July 2025, where one winner will be drawn via an independently verified process.
Q15. How will I know if I have won?
A15. If you have won in the Weekly Prize Draws, you will be contacted via phone on the number provided upon entry with instructions on how to claim your prize. The Grand Prize Draw winner will be contacted in the same manner within 24 hours of the draw taking place.
Q16. What happens if I win; will any personal details need to be provided?
A16. Yes, winners will need to provide their full name, date of birth, mobile number, valid email address, and home address for verification.
Q17. How long do I have to complete this verification process?
A17. You will have 14 days from the date you receive the winner notification to complete the verification process. If verification is not completed within this period, your prize will be forfeited.
Q18. How and when will I receive my prize?
A18. Upon successful verification, our Prize Provider will arrange for delivery of your prize within 28 days.
Q19. Can I request an alternative prize?
A19. No, prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Q20. I haven’t received my prize, where is it?
A20. If after 28 days you still haven’t received your prize, please contact the fulfilment contact as detailed within your winner’s notification email.

A23. Unfortunately, any entry received before or after the Promotional Period will not be entered into the prize draw.
Q24. Can I win more than one prize?
A24. You can only win one prize per prize type. If you win a Weekly Prize, you will not be eligible to win another Weekly Prize but will still be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
